Apple silently launched the AirPods Pro which will be available for sale at Apple stores starting October 30, 2019. AirPods Pro feature a design overhaul with added in-ear Eartips – which is quite appealing to someone like me who could never use the normal Airpods because they just didn’t fit.

In the box, you get:

  • AirPods Pro
  • Wireless Charging Case
  • Silicone ear tips (three sizes)
  • Lightning to USB-C Cable

Along with providing Three tips in the box, Apple added a feature in to assess how the earbud tip fits you well or suggests you to change the tip size for better noise cancellation and sound quality.

The wireless charging case is a bit changed in shape and size but still remains small enough to make it convenient to carry in pocket and doesn’t feel much different from the original Apple Airpods.

What major addition was to the new AirPods Pro was the Active Noise Cancellation. Yes, Apple AirPods Pro take in noise through their microphones, impose an Inverted Sound Wave on the noise taken in and cancels it out. This makes it a lot more silent when listening to through the AirPods.

In addition to the Active Noise Cancellation, AirPods Pro also feature a Transparency mode for times you want to live in the real world and listen and talk to people. With transparency mode, the AirPods take input from the microphones and direct it to you through the main speaker so that you don’t have to remove the AirPods.

AirPods Pro still house the Apple H1 chip making it the easiest pairing across any other wireless earphones available in the market.
