We just got done with Samsung’s Event and as expected, Samsung unveiled Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Tab S7, S7+, Galaxy Watch3, Galaxy Buds Live and Galaxy Z Fold 2.
Here are our views on everything from the Samsung’s Unpacked Event.
1. Galaxy Note 20 Series
Samsung unveiled two devices for the Note 20 Series as was rumoured since long. Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra come have been marked with a price of $999 and $1299 respectively for the US making it come around to around ₹75k and ₹98k for Indian marketplace. We honestly didn’t like the fact that they come with a plastic body even at this price point. That doesn’t mean they won’t feel good but when spending this much on a device, least you expect is premium build material.

2. Galaxy Z Fold 2
Galaxy Z Fold launched last really made headlines. Both for the way it was implemented and the price it got tagged with at $1980. But it was a new Technology and hence came with a lot of issues but Samsung has listened to many of those and improved on them. At least it seems like. With a lot of new technology and research, Fold 2 seems will turn out better than before. Samsung is supposed to reveal more details – maybe a price and a release date ? – on September 1, 2020.

3. Galaxy Watch 3
A lot of new features in Watch 3 ( for the Galaxy Watch that is. Not in general ). Samsung put in ECG, Blood Pressure and some other stuff in the Watch 3 which a lot of users will accept with open arms helping them keep a check on their health on a regular basis.
4. Galaxy Buds Live
Leaked some weeks ago and nicknamed as “Galaxy Beans” earphones, Buds Live come with some neat features with ANC – Active Noise Cancelation being the highlight. Samsung calls it ANC for the Open Design. Yes, They have an Open Design like the AirPods and don’t come with a eartips but rather come with wings for better fitting.

4. Galaxy Tab S7
Galaxy Tab has been out there if not so prominently as Apple’s iPad but it’s been there and Samsung hasn’t stopped making them better even after not being so popular. Tab S7 and S7 Plus both come with 120Hz display while the panel itself is different on both with Tab S7 Plus coming with an OLED Display while S7 coming with just an LCD Panel. Both come with S-Pen and optional keyboard covers to be both a content and productivity device.
