With 10th Gen Intel i5, GTX 1650 and 120Hz Display, you can be sure that you’re gonna be having smooth gaming  sessions. That 4×2 dual channel RAM is not so enticing at 8GB but it can easily be upgraded to 16GB making it perfect for people looking for something to multitask for professional workflows.

Wondering what is PowerShare? It’s a special feature exclusive to Dell Laptops that lets you use your laptop as a power bank to charge other devices. Neat feature. It’s not like connecting USB. It’s way faster as if your device is connected to wall charger.

ASUS is right now the leading laptop manufacturer in the industry. At least for the gaming. Their laptops are well built, competitively priced, offer a lot of options and due to their growing market share, you won’t find it hard to find third party repair solutions when you’re out of warranty that is.

This particular piece, with i7 is surely not just meant for gaming. It will take on beginner-medium professional workflows easily. If you’re getting started with content creation or started to learn a digital skill like designing, Video Editing or something like that, be sure that this one will handle it well enough till you need to upgrade to something more powerful.

Also with a  good  GTX 1650Ti GPU and 144Hz Display over 60Hz for some real smooth experience. Do note, you need a higher refresh rate to experience a higher FPS in gaming i.e. 60Hz won’t be able to display more than 60fps. For anything higher than that, you’ll like to shift to something better like this. But this doesn’t mean you can’t connect to a better monitor on the previous one as well and have that fluid gaming session. But in case you plan on gaming on the laptop itself, you might wanna spend a bit more for this one.

Pros

  • Great balance of components
  • Excellent design and build
  • Strong performance
  • Good value

Cons

  • Very loud fans
  • Sub four-figure ray-tracing laptops are on their way

With  this price tag , this is a great laptop and one of the best gaming laptops of 2020 for sure. ASUS laptops are often easy to recommend, but this is the most straightforward recommendation to make that I have ever had the opportunity to offer. Even with sub-four figure ray tracing-capable laptops coming sometime this year, this is still a great machine, harnessing all the greatness of well-chosen AMD and Nvidia components. It proves that excellence can be achieved in the realm of ‘cheap gaming laptops’ – at least in relation to the bang-to-buck value. The TUF A15 oozes that. If you’re after performance and power for less, then this is it.

Pros

  • Impressive thermals.
  • Performs well for gamers and content creators.
  • The display is crisp and colour accurate

Cons

  • The lid wobbles and flexes.
  • Nvidia GTX 1650Ti feels a little out of place in this config

The HP Omen 15 2020 is a rock-solid contender for the next gaming laptop you buy. It packs the perfect hardware configuration, only thrown off by the choice of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650Ti in an otherwise high-end spec. Regardless, it performed really well in both gaming and creative workload tests we put it through. The display is bright and very colour accurate, right out of the box, something content creators are going to definitely enjoy. Perhaps the most impressive are the thermals, which HP has done a really good job of keeping in check so that your laptop doesn’t feel like a toaster and of course, doesn’t cause your CPU to throttle. There’s also user-upgradeable RAM option, with an additional, empty NVMe slot to add more high-speed storage. The only factor that dampens my spirits about the HP Omen 15 is the lid, which wobbles, flexes and sometimes doesn’t even stay straight. If you can live with a poor quality lid, then there’s really no reason for you to not consider the HP Omen 15 as your next gaming laptop.

4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650)

Display 39.62 cm (15.6) Full HD LED IPS
RAM 8 GB  DDR4
Storage 512 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD
Ports Along with the USB Type-C port, this laptop also comes with one USB 2.0 port and two SuperSpeed USB 5 Gbps Type-A ports (one of these can be used for offline charging).

Pros

  • well made
  • simple, tamed-down design lines
  • fairly small footprint and reduced weight
  • decent keyboard and trackpad
  • excellent performance
  • affordable price tag

Cons

  • dim and color deficient screen
  • the low travel keyboard won’t appeal to everyone
  • runs very hot under load
  • wi-fi performance drops quickly at range
  • only gets a 48 Wh battery

The Aspire 7 is pretty much what you’d expect a modern 15-inch multimedia laptop to be. It’s well built, gets an IPS display, a decent keyboard and latest generations hardware that allows it to handle all sorts of tasks with ease, from daily activities to demanding chores and FHD gaming. This laptop is also fairly affordable, and in order to meet the low price point some corners had to be cut. Most of them I could live with, but one of them could be a deal-breaker.
